Called this dealer trying to buy a specific car. They were easy to deal with and quickly got me a written quote. It was one of the best quotes I got during my hunt. Ultimately I still didn't like the end number so I took that quote and used it to shop and see who would beat it. I did find a few dealers willing to beat it but they wanted add ons. Mossy was the most transparent from beginning to end. If I need another car in the future I'll shop Mossy straight from the go. I never bought the car because market adjustments turned me off to the model.

Had an issue with my AC that was on an extended warranty. The service advisor was awesome when I called to bring my car in for repairs. Originally, I took my car to El Cajon. Kept my car for 3 days and wasn't able to repair it due to ALL the machines needing to do the repairs were out of service. I picked up my car without the repairs. Called Mission Valley several times with my call being dropped. Called the service advisor in Lemon Grove, she quickly made me an appointment and took my car in for service. I had my car back in 3 hours!!!! She was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Don't go to El Cajon and go to Lemon Grove Honda because they were the best, the most professional, and didn't give me any runaround at all. This was a super easy quick fix and I thank the entire team at Lemon Grove Honda.

Just got back from a service appointment, one of my windshield wipers wasn't working properly. I assumed it was a fuse issue, as I didn't think it was the motor as the motor controls both windshield wiper arms. Either way I went into the service desk and was helped by a really great service advisor. He stopped everything he was doing to actually go outside to look at my car in the service line. He could have said 'well we need to take this back into the shop and run a diagnostic on it because we have no idea what's causing it.' Instead, he was able to deduce the issue instantly. I didn't need a new windshield wiper arm, I didn't need a new fuse OR a new motor. One of the parts just needed tightening! He tightened it for me and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. This proves to me that the service department at Honda Lemon Grove isn't a greedy operation that just wants to nickel and dime people. With the service advisor as a prime example, they have kind, considerate, knowledgeable service advisors that go above and beyond to deliver a really amazing customer service experience. Thank you!

Ever had a salesperson listen carefully to what your needs and goals are when shopping for a car? Ever had one take extra time to make sure the cars shown match well with those needs and goals? And, have you ever had the finance representative explain all the myriad complicated details, extended warranty offerings, etc. in plain English? At Mossy Honda I recently had that experience. The salesperson did not try to SELL me a car...instead he assisted me in finding the car I needed and would be very happy with. The finance representative explained the necessary state paperwork in layman's terms and, as needed, re-explained further. From start to finish, both of these professionals made my car shopping experience a non-anxious experience and very comfortable. At Mossy Honda there is even a short storewide 'celebration' of sorts when a customer acquires the vehicle of their choice.

I was shopping for a new Honda Passport TrailSport and was talking with around 15 dealerships across San Diego, so I had plenty of conversations to compare the process. They were easily among the most straightforward, respectful, and professional people I dealt with throughout my search. They were quick to respond to my questions, clear about pricing and availability, and never tried to play games or waste my time. The whole interaction felt transparent and low pressure, just honest, helpful communication from start to finish.
